When to use

You need an auditable France working-day count.

Do not use when: Alsace-Moselle, overseas territories, employer, sector, school, bank, exchange and regional calendars are not inferred.

Formula

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.
