When to use

You need an auditable Philippines working-day count.

Do not use when: Local-government special holidays, employer schedules and 2027 Eid dates pending a separate proclamation are not inferred.

Formula

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.

Is every listed date a day off?

No. The package preserves the proclamation's special working day classification; local and employer calendars are outside scope.
