Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Philippines working-day count.

**Do not use when:** Local-government special holidays, employer schedules and 2027 Eid dates pending a separate proclamation are not inferred.

Local-government special holidays, employer schedules and 2027 Eid dates pending a separate proclamation are not inferred. Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline. All values are computed from the formula above; no measurement or live data is involved.

## FAQ

**Is every listed date a day off?**

No. The package preserves the proclamation's special working day classification; local and employer calendars are outside scope.
