Add Lithuania Working Days

Adds or subtracts working dates in the explicitly selected Lithuania 2026 five-day or six-day planning workweek. Sixteen statutory holidays; conditional one-hour eve markers never add full-day rest.

When to use

You need a deterministic Lithuania working-day offset.

Do not use when: Lithuania 2026 Labour Code holiday facts with explicit mon_fri_planning or mon_sat_planning. Sixteen full-day statutory holidays; pre-holiday one-hour rules do not create additional rest. No weekend substitution or bridge is inferred. Required work_schedule selects a planning calendar, not a universal personal roster. Actual hours, pay, shifts, local/employer/sector/school/bank schedules, religious personal leave, legal deadlines and future years are not computed.

FAQ

Which workweek should I choose?

Explicitly choose mon_fri_planning or mon_sat_planning. Order A1-671 publishes both; other arrangements need employer/contract evidence, not a guessed default.

Are holidays replaced on Monday?

No automatic weekday substitute for weekend holidays. August 17 and December 28 remain working dates in these 2026 models.

Does one-hour shortening mean a day off?

No. It counts as one working date when working in the selected baseline. Six such dates in the five-day model and ten in the six-day model. Conditional eve markers also remain visible on holidays/weekends for separately assessed shifts.

Are part-time workers automatically excluded from shortening?

No. VDI distinguishes part-time from a statutory reduced norm; actual eligibility, shifts and remuneration require separate information.
