When to use

You need an auditable Sweden working-day count.

Do not use when: Nationwide statutory list only. Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, employer, collective-agreement, sector, school, bank and local closures are not inferred; Sunday is already excluded by the weekday baseline.

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.
