When to use

You need a deterministic Sri Lanka working-day offset.

Do not use when: This is a combined official holiday-class calendar, not a universal private-employer closure rule. Public, bank and mercantile classifications remain in each event kind; the March 18, March 25 and April 1 fuel-conservation entries apply to government offices only and the schedule was cancelled effective April 8.
