When to use

You need an auditable Spain working-day count.

Do not use when: The remaining national, autonomous-community, Ceuta/Melilla and up to two municipal local holidays require a jurisdiction-specific calendar.

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.
