When to use

You need an auditable Italy working-day count.

Do not use when: Regional, municipal, local patron-saint, school, bank, sector, collective-agreement and employer-specific schedules are not inferred.

Formula

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.

No. The package is nationwide only; local, regional, school, bank, sector and employer schedules require separate evidence.
