When to use

You need an auditable Ireland national working-day count.

Do not use when: You need employer, school, bank, sector or individually selected benefit schedules.

for each included date: working_days += Ireland status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count the exact national package over the Saturday-Sunday baseline.
