When to use

You need an auditable Germany working-day count.

Do not use when: State, municipal, school, bank, TARGET, transport-system, collective-agreement and employer-specific schedules are not inferred.

Formula

for each included date: working_days += status.is_working_day

Normalize endpoints and count exact authority events over the declared weekday baseline.

No. It is the nationwide statutory core only; state and local calendars require a specific Bundesland or municipality.
