When to use

You need a deterministic Finland working-day offset.

Do not use when: Nationwide full-day public-holiday layer only. Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, employer, collective-agreement, sector, school, bank, Åland, Sámi and local closures are not inferred; private-sector annual-leave counting may treat Saturdays and certain eves differently.

FAQ

Are Midsummer Eve and Christmas Eve nationwide statutory full-day holidays?

No. They are paid days for a large part of the population under collective agreements, but this package does not infer them as universal nationwide full-day closures.
