## Purpose

Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range. Requires explicit mon_fri_planning; seven named state holidays do not add rest.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Slovenia working-day count.

**Do not use when:** Slovenia 2026 statutory work-free dates over an explicitly selected Monday-Friday planning baseline. Seven named state holidays are not work-free; no extra Monday or bridge day is invented. Individual shifts, replacement weekly rest, employer/local/sector/school/bank schedules, religious leave, payroll, legal deadlines and future years are not computed.

## FAQ

**Are all state holidays work-free?**

No. Seven listed state holidays, including Science Day, do not add rest. This package distinguishes nine state-holiday rest dates, six other statutory rest dates and seven non-rest state-holiday dates.

**Does a Sunday holiday move to Monday?**

Article 3 says no. No unpublished Saturday replacement, bridge, Whit Monday or Good Friday closure is invented.

**Is this my legal attendance roster?**

No. The required mon_fri_planning option is an explicit planning model, not individual shift, payroll, opening-hours or legal-deadline advice.
