Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Russia working-day count.

**Do not use when:** This package covers the federal statutory/public-holiday layer and the Government-published 2026 transfer days over a Saturday-Sunday baseline. Regional holidays, republic/local holidays, employer, bank, school, shift, sector and collective-agreement schedules are not inferred. Future annual transfer resolutions require a refreshed package.

This package covers the federal statutory/public-holiday layer and the Government-published 2026 transfer days over a Saturday-Sunday baseline. Regional holidays, republic/local holidays, employer, bank, school, shift, sector and collective-agreement schedules are not inferred. Future annual transfer resolutions require a refreshed package. ## FAQ

**Does this cover every Russian region and employer?**

No. It is the federal statutory and Government transfer-day layer; regional, employer, bank, school, shift and sector calendars can differ.

**Why is 9 January a day off?**

Government Resolution No. 1466 transfers the Saturday 3 January 2026 day off to Friday 9 January.

**Are future years included?**

No. The package pins 2026 only; future transfer resolutions require refreshed official evidence.
