No. It is the nationwide federal public-holiday layer. Provinces, banks, exchanges, courts, schools, diplomatic missions and private employers can publish different calendars.

**Why are lunar dates not copied from every calendar?**

The package prioritizes later Cabinet Division festival notifications over the annual estimate and discloses conflicts with exchange or diplomatic calendars.

**Are replacement holidays inferred when a date falls on Sunday?**

No. Only published federal dates are included; no automatic lieu day is invented.
