## Purpose

Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Norway working-day count.

**Do not use when:** Nationwide statutory full-day list only. Christmas Eve, Easter Eve, Whit Eve, New Year's Eve, collective-agreement, employer, sector, school, bank and local closures are not inferred. Norwegian annual-leave law treats Saturdays separately from Sundays and public holidays; this package uses the declared Monday-Friday business baseline.

Nationwide statutory full-day list only. Christmas Eve, Easter Eve, Whit Eve, New Year's Eve, collective-agreement, employer, sector, school, bank and local closures are not inferred. ## FAQ

**Are Christmas Eve, Easter Eve, Whit Eve or New Year's Eve nationwide full-day statutory holidays?**

No. They may be covered by agreements, sector rules or partial-day arrangements, but this package does not infer them as nationwide full-day statutory holidays.
