Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Mexico working-day count.

**Do not use when:** Article 69 weekly rest is at least one day after six days and the employer/worker schedule is not inferred; sector, state, employer, school and bank calendars are outside scope.

## FAQ

**Does this infer each employee's weekly rest day?**

No. Article 69 requires at least one rest day in six and Article 70 leaves continuous schedules to employer/worker arrangements; only Article 74 statutory rest dates are returned.
