Checks a date against the Saturday-Sunday weekend baseline and exact 2026-2027 authority events.

**Use when:** You need a deterministic Indonesia Indonesia national holidays and joint-leave schedule published by the three-minister SKB result.

**Do not use when:** Cuti bersama is facultative for private employers and may be governed by each employer; ASN-specific implementation and local, sector, religious-optional and employer schedules are not inferred.
