Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Greece working-day count.

**Do not use when:** This package covers the nationwide compulsory public-holiday layer over a Saturday-Sunday baseline. 28 October is included as published in the 2026 Ministry schedule; Gov.gr notes that optional-holiday and employer discretion can apply under the underlying legal framework. Clean Monday, Good Friday and Holy Spirit Monday are not generalized as compulsory closures. Regional, municipal, school, bank, exchange, employer, collective-agreement and sector schedules are not inferred.

## FAQ

**Why is Good Friday not included?**

The package follows the nationwide compulsory public-holiday list in Article 60 of Law 4808/2021 and the Ministry of Labour guidance; Good Friday is not generalized as a compulsory public holiday in this layer.

**Does this cover every Greek employer?**

No. It is the nationwide compulsory public-holiday layer. Regional, local, bank, school, sector, collective-agreement and employer schedules may differ.

**Are Clean Monday and Holy Spirit Monday included?**

No. They may appear in institutional or sector calendars, but this package does not infer them as nationwide compulsory closures.
