## FAQ

**Why is 12 January a holiday?**

Ley 51 de 1983 moves the paid rest day for 6 January to the following Monday when it does not fall on Monday.

**Does this cover every Colombian municipality and employer?**

No. This is the nationwide statutory paid-rest layer; municipal, departmental, bank, school, employer and sector calendars require separate evidence.

**Are future years included?**

No. The package pins 2026 only and must be refreshed from the next official calendar.
