## FAQ

**Is Monday-Friday mandatory for everyone?**

No. Select mon_fri_planning explicitly. Articles 153 and 154a preserve roster and shift exceptions. Individual attendance and pay are not computed.

**Do Easter weekends create extra substitute days?**

No. Article 154(2) excludes Easter. April 14 remains a planning workday.

**Is November 1 a rest day for all employees?**

No. Its non-attendance scope is educational institutions. This general calendar records the annotation but does not invent a nationwide November 2 rest day.
