## Purpose

Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.

**Use when:** You need an auditable Bangladesh working-day count.

**Do not use when:** Government/public-office schedule only; private-employer, bank, school, industrial-zone, essential-service, regional hill-district, optional-religious and later unlisted ad hoc schedules are not inferred. February 10 is not included because the reported later holiday was industrial-zone specific. Lunar dates may be revised by a later official notice.

No. This package is for the stated government/public-office scope. Private-employer, bank, school, industrial-zone and essential-service schedules can differ.

No. Regional and optional dates are intentionally not generalized to the national package.
